Returns & Exchanges
How can I return my item?
Returns and exchanges are subject to BIAS’s Returns & Exchange Policy. If you change your mind, you can return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please visit Returns & Exchange Policy for further details and comprehensive information about what items can be returned.
Option 1: Ship your item back to BIAS
Step 1: For all items you wish to return please contact us first to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form by telephone on +357 22314040 or email firstname.lastname@example.org . Be sure to provide the following details:
• Your Web Order Number or Invoice Number
• A contact phone number and/or email address
Step 2: We will examine your request and will provide you with an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number.
Step 3: Follow the instructions that will be given to you together with the RMA. You ship the item back to BIAS to the address to be provided to you with the RMA, using a traceable shipping method. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Step 4: On receipt of the return BIAS will examine the item to verify that the return is legible for processing based on BIAS’s Sales and Refunds Policy.
Step 5: If the return is legible for processing your refund will be processed. Please allow for some time for the refund to reach your account.
Option 2: Bring your item to BIAS Store
You can always return an item to BIAS Store within 14 calendar days of delivery together with the original invoice. We will evaluate you request for return based on BIAS’s Returns & Exchange Policy and if eligible we will process your request accordingly.
How long does it take to process my refund?
For cash payments such as cheque and wire transfer, we will require your bank details, IBAN/SWIFT, to proceed with the refund to your account. After we process your refund request, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your account. If the purchase was made via PayPal you will receive the refund via PayPal. Please refer to PayPal website for further details.
What happens if I have received a faulty item?
If you’re having trouble with an item or believe it is faulty, please contact BIAS immediately by telephone on +357 22314040 or email email@example.com to report your faulty product. Also please refer to BIAS’s Returns & Exchange Policy for further details.
